On Friday I depart at sparrows fart down to Dunedin for the 2nd Unwind Retreat.  Hosted by Vintage Purls' Morag McKenzie, Unwind is an excellent way for me to touch base with many of our South Island customers & show dozens of die hard knit enthusiasts some new products & gather feedback.

One such product is a super chunky yarn which we have dubbed TEXAS.  We were unsure whether we were going to continue with a Super Chunky range for the 2013, but fate intervened & we now have 5 stunning colours, from a sandy cream, ebony through to a vibrant magenta (of course my personal favourite!).  I have cast on a project to work on at Unwind & will get the yarn photographed & uploaded upon my return.
